Amputee & Veteran Peer Support Groups
Through our prosthetic limb initiative, we provide financial assistance to help amputees access life-changing prosthetics. Regaining mobility is the first step toward independence, and we are committed to making it accessible for everyone.
Uplift & Empower Prosthetic Limb Initiative
We offer holistic wellness services, including yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, tailored specifically for amputees. These sessions focus on physical, mental, and emotional healing, promoting overall well-being.

Losing a limb can lead to significant emotional challenges. Our grief recovery and psychological support services provide compassionate care, helping individuals cope with loss, find healing, and rebuild their lives.

Meet James Gouch: A Journey of Resilience
Founder and Owner of AAA
James Gouch’s journey began with the tragic loss of his father at age 4 and continued with challenges like bullying, a learning disability, and later, the loss of his leg and one eye in separate accidents. Despite these hardships, James rebuilt his life, overcoming depression and addiction. In 2003, he founded “Amputees Are Awesome” to empower fellow amputees, sharing his story of resilience and determination to inspire others to rise above life’s challenges.
